Return Policy

Canada CPAP Supply will accept returns on any unopened product within 10 days of delivery receipt. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all returns, and a credit will be issued for the difference. Any opened product cannot be returned (with no exceptions). Please, contact us at (855)708‑2727 before sending back any items for a refund, as failing to take this action will void the chance of a refund. Initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to our discretion.

We want to ensure that you purchase products that suit you best, so you won't need to return them! Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in CPAP therapy and will be glad to answer any questions that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility.

On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufacturer's defect, call our office within 24 hours of receipt. We will troubleshoot the problem and take the appropriate next steps. If you receive the item on the weekend or after our business hours, please leave us a message at (855)708‑2727. We will return your call on the next business day.

CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at (855)‑708‑2727 to verify whether the machine is still under warranty. If so, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Decisions relating to warranty claims are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties do not protect against misuse or water damage. In the case that you send in a product for repair and misuse or water damage is the cause of the product's malfunction, you will have a choice between three options:

  1. The machine can be returned to you at no cost,
  2. You can pay the manufacturer to repair your machine (repair costs will be communicated and collected prior to the machine being repaired), or
  3. You can purchase a new machine at the listed price on our website.

Manufacturers do not warranty against misuse or water damage. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no cost, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices displayed on the website.
